I love meals that are easy and quick, espeically during the school year-it just makes life a little easier!

Monday-Marinated chicken breast with vegetables

Tuesday-Having family over for tacos

Wednesday-Spaghetti and meatballs

Thursday-grilled cheese with tomaoto soup

Friday-eat out night

I just wanted to say that I tried the Kraft short cut chicken manicotti thanks to Julie, it was so so good-we doubled the sauce.  My whole family loved it, its a keeper for sure.

Here is a pic of our last week marinated pork chop dinner my husband prepared, it just looked so good and I have to say tasted good too.  We love the A1 Sauce marinade, its easy and great!  Put your meat in a freezer bag overnight and then grill it, yum!  They have several different kinds, the chicago sauce is my favorite!

Those pork chops do look yummy! I spent my weekend getting caught up on the kids paperwork...I also let it pile up (shame on me lol.) Dh and I also tackled the taxes this week...so much easier now that you can do them online! Hope you have a great week. Julie

I have not tried those sauces. I will have to pick some of those up, especially when the weather gets warmer. That's when we start to grill a lot.

Oh my - you're almost finished with your taxes! I haven't even looked at ours, but then again we just finally received everything (2 places waited until the last day - Jan. 31st - to send things out). I really need to do this this weekend. I am terrible about putting it off and waiting until the last minute. Maybe I'm trying to avoid flashbacks from all those years I worked at CPA offices???
