Well, for the ones who have read my blog for awhile you are probably wondering what happened to my blog?  I have truly let it go, huh?  Well, not exactly!  I am taking this summer to really organize my life.  I want my new school year in the fall to be ready to go and I'm so excited to be doing Creations to the Greeks with My Fathers World.  I love the Bible and LOVE the Old Testament so this will be just a great year for us.  We will be doing biblical feasts, building a tabernacle and much more.  Can't wait. 

I'm also starting timeline books from Homeschool In The Woods and I'm really excited about this.  My children will have personal timeline books to take with them when they graduate that  have all the wonderful things they learn about.  The Bible characters and stories, History Figures and even things in our family, birthdays, things that have happened to us and even our favorite authors, along with much more.  This will be so much fun!

The biggest change in our homeschool will be the workboxes.  I'm diving in and we are going to implement theworkbox system.  My children are already excited about this and I think it will change so many things.  They will be able to visually see what they have done and how much they have left and I will be able to include so many of the wonderful things that are fun I have always wanted to include but never feel like I have had the time.  I will be taking lots of pictures of setting it up and how we do things.  I'm even changing my schoolroom around this year to be more workable for my family... 

I am organizing a lot!  I want my home life to be better and less chaotic this year so I'm using this summer to make that happen!  So I will not be blogging as much until the fall BUT............

I have some changes coming to my blog as well.  I need to be able to simplfy my blogging so that I can share more with you and you will see the change soon.  I hope you like it and I'm excited about that as well but it is taking me time!  Can't wait to unveil it! 

I will be posting some giveaways on my other blog and will write in to let you know about them and when to check them out and I will be putting up my parenting seminar notes from my parenting bible study I have been doing this summer, I can't believe only 2 weeks left!  So don't forget me, check in once in a while and it won't be long and I will be blogging again on a more regualar basis sharing what I love the most.  My family and my homeschooling!
