Simple Woman's Daybook

Simple Woman's Daybook
I am participating in Peggy's Simple Woman's Daybook  today.
FOR TODAY Outside my Window...it is sunny and beautiful.
I am thinking...I hope that I can get everything done that I need to today.
I am thankful for...good friends and family.
From the kitchen...it's actually clean and tidy.
I am creating...letters and cards and hopefully working on a few scrapbook pages.
I am going...to take Jackson to the dietitian this week for his weight check.
I am wearing...My American Flag T-Shirt and Jean Shorts
I am reading...Lies Homeschooling Moms Believe and Approval Addiction
I am hoping...for a good harvest of grapes
I am hearing...the sound of children laughing and our fans.
Around the house...the kids are playing and some rooms need picked up.
One of my favorite things...is spending time with my family.
A Few Plans For The Rest Of The Week...have the boys clean their rooms, organizing of toys, and maybe a family outing or movie with the kids at home. Here is a picture thought I am sharing with you... Duck

What's Your Personality?

You Are An ISFJ
The Nurturer

You have a strong need to belong, and you very loyal.
A good listener, you excel at helping others in practical ways.
In your spare time, you enjoy engaging your senses through art, cooking, and music.
You find it easy to be devoted to one person, who you do special things for.

In love, you express your emotions through actions.
Taking care of someone is how you love them. And you do it well!

At work, you do well in a structured environment. You complete tasks well and on time.
You would make a good interior designer, chef, or child psychologist.

How you see yourself: Competent, dependable, and detail oriented

When other people don't get you, they see you as: Boring, dominant, and stuck in a rut

My Daughter's Favorite Song

My DD is 3 years old and has loved this song since she was about 2 years old. She loves to dance and sing to it. I just love to watch her praise the Lord. Listen to this video and let it speak to your heart and spirit today.

Ten Things I Love About Summer

1. The warmer air and beautiful sunsets.
2. The fun yard sales and bargains that I tend to find.
3. Playing outside with the kids and seeing them laugh and have fun.
4. Going to the orchard for cherries and peaches.
5. Going to the fair and festivals.
6. Family Picnics
7. Drinking Iced Tea and listening to good music (although you can do this any time it's one of my favorite summer activities
8. Making Fresh Homemade jam from the strawberries and peaches.
9. Not having to wear a sweater because it's not cold. :)
10. Going to the farmer's market.
