I don't know what to do! I kind of want to switch my whole blog over to my blogsot, but I still want to have this blog because of all my friends on here and all. Oh what oh what should I do?!

Blogspot is easier because I could do pics in with the words, but HSB is better because it doesn't have as many weird people on it... :)

Oh, and I want all my entries over there if I switch, but I don't know how to import the whole thing.... does anyone know how to do that?

I'm not big on birthday parties and have probably only had two or three of my own over my (almost) 13 years, but yesterday my friend B invited me to her party and it was SO FUN!

Friday night, me and her other friend, A, slept over. As small as I am on birthday parties, I like sleepovers even less. I need sleep, and a sleepover isn't the place to get it. But I got a full 8.5 hours of sleep. We didn't get up till 11-11:30. I was still tired, but oh well.

Her party started the next day in early afternoon. Besides me, her and A, there were 4 people. First, we were divided into two teams. Pink and Orange, I was pink. Then we each got a blank canvas apron to decorate with markers. Oh, and person got a bandana, orange team got orange ones pink got pink ones. Each team was assigned a driver, a folder, 20$,  pen and a calculater.

Now, I bet you are wondering what we did, but that'll come in a minute.

In our folder was 6 recipies. We had to decide on 1 appitizer, one main dish and one dessert. We had to make a shopping list of all the ingredients we needed, then get our driver to take us to the store where we had to buy it. And it had to be under 20$. If it was $20.01, we had to cut something out to make it under the 20$ mark. We bought everything we needed, with 37 cents to spare. Then we drove home a started cooking. It was kind of fun to be on a strict budget. We had to really look at the different brand name prices, and ended up having to buy margerine instead of butter because marg. was 75 cents cheaper and the butter put us over our budget.

It was an Iron chef contest. AWESOME!

I pretty much was in charge of the appitizer. Savory 3 cheese dip, served with nacho's and red peppers.

B and K took over the main course, pasta with a garlic and herb sauce. 'A' did the desert. Pinwheel cookies with chocolate dipping sauce. Each plate had three cookies, which were placed to look like eyes and nose, then the dipping sause was drizzled into a smile and eyebrows. (We got a perfect score for desert creativity!) The desert smiley was my idea!

There were three judges. They judged each dish out of 5, according to creativity, presentation and taste. 

Oh, and there was one more rule. Everything had to contain some sort of cheese. It could be cream cheese,  cheddar, parmesan, as long as it was cheese.

My team won by 5 points!

Then we had pizza and cupcakes. And we got chocolate bars.

Today mom took me, Sloan and Peyton shopping! I got 1 pair of jeans and a purple and gray hoodie. Sloan and Peyton got way more. (Seriously, I just had bad luck today. Last time we went, I had a hard time picking out only two pairs of jeans to take home because their were so many pairs I liked! Today, I just had to pick the one I liked best out of 10 pairs I didn't really like, because I don't have any other pants. Now that I'm home though, I like these!)

My hoodie is super soft on the inside, and it has a big pocket in the front.

Today me and Sloan went to the church to practice because our childrens pastor wanted us to do a skit for Sunday. We told her that (in my mom's family) we are well known for our little skits we do, and she said that she could tell! She said that we did an 'amazing' job, and she wants us to help her with lots more skits in te fall.

I had this REALLY PRETTY necklace that Granny had brought me from Isreal, and I NEVER took it off, even at night. The other morning, I got up, had a bath, and noticed it was gone. I searched the bath room, my bed, my hair, my clothes, but it was gone. I'm really, really sad. I loved that necklace!

Is going to be CRAZY! Well, for me, anyway! Tonight, I am (Probably) going to a youth group at a place somewhere in calgary! Then tomorrow, I am going to my friend Rebecca's B-day party... And at some point, I have to go shopping because I didn't get Rebecca a present yet... Well, I know WHAT I am going to give her, I just don't know WHERE to get it from. If you were a 12 year old girl, where would YOU want a gift certficate to? I'm thinking maybe chapters...

AND today we have soccer, AND we are babysitting our neighbour's baby. Like, all day...

This week seems to NEVER END!! On Tuesday, it felt like it should be Friday already! Now it's at least Thursday... Just one more day till the weekend... The weekend means that the week is over, and it's time to start a new one, right? 

This Sunday we are starting our new kids worship program!!!!!!! Me and Peyton are helping with it. For some reason Sloan's class 'isn't allowed' to help with the worship... I don't like that rule. Just because they are in a certain age group, they aren't allowed to be part of the worship? They said it's because they don't have enough time to get through everything they need to do as it is, so doing the worship would just make it worse, but they are always telling the kids, "Even when you are busy, make room for your Bible reading time every day." So why is it any different with worshipping?

Tomorrow we have soccer...

It has been raining like C-R-A-Z-Y the past week and and a half.  We got 1 or 2 nice days, and we thought it was over.... BUT... nope...

BVF's is almost over!!! Yesterday was picture day, and second last rehersal... BOO... We have 1 or 2 more gigs left though... And I still have classical stuff for another month... But... ME GONNA MISS FIDDLE!!  OK, if I'm this bad now, what am I gonna do in the summer with no classical OR fiddle OR gigs?! It gonna be SAD! My violing teacher says she sends home a list of stuff to work on over the summer, but it just won't be the same...

Ok, sorry if my title humiliated you D, but I just had to blog this, and, it's only a dream that I had last night...

So, in my dream, I was visiting Auntie jess' blog , and I saw her latest entry, titled, "Darren cries because..."  I went to look at her entry, and it was a video, of her kids, and us playing at the fountain park that is right by our house.  I clicked "play" and the movie began...

I was standing at the edge of the fountain, holding Sadie's hand, baecause she was afraid of the water. Peyton was standing in the fountain, flicking water at Sadie, and I was yelling at her to stop.  Sadie was whimpering and pulling away from the water. At the top of the fountain, there was a big ring, and below, a box of water balloons.  All the children were taking turns trying to throw water balloons through the ring. Nobody could do it. Finally, Carrie gets up the the box, picks up her balloon, and throws. As she lets go of the balloon, everything goes into slow motion, and you can't hear anymore, but if somebody says something, little cartoon dialogue bubbles apear above their heads. Carrie watches her balloon sail through the air, when it goes through the ring, she yells, "Woopeeee!!!" (it was written in her bubble, we still can't hear.) As the balloon drops down, it splats Darren in the face, Darren's bubble indicates that he is moaning in pain.  Charter steps up, still in slow motion, and throws the balloon, same thing as carries, through the hoop, and splats Darren in the face. Then Sloan, Robin, Peyton... Everybody takes another turn throwing a balloon, and everybody gets it through the hoop, and everybody splats Darren in the face. Every time he gets hit, the font in his bubble gets bigger, indicating that he is moaning louder, and louder everytime...  Finally, auntie Jess comes over and tells Darren to play on the other side of the fountain.

Then I woke up.

I just started a new Bile study, it is called 'The Stranger On The Road To Emmaus'. It is kinda fun. First you read in the little book, then there is a book with questions in it, so I answer the questions in my journal.

Right now it is 9:15 AM, I am sitting in my bed, writing on my blog,  listing to charter and mom talk as they get gage dressed in the next room and smelling the coffee dad si making downstairs.

A man owed a remarkable horse which would only go if the rider said, ' praise the Lord!!' and would stop only if he would say 'Amen.'

The man decided to sell the horse, but when he explained its peculiarities to a prospective buyer, the buyer said, "  That's ridiculous!! I have been raising horses all my life, he will go my way!!"

So he jumped on the horse and kicked him until he started to run. The horse ran faster and faster.  Worried, the buyer reined back and yelled, "Whoa!" but the horse wouldn't stop.  Suddenly, the man saw they were galloping toward the edge of a cliff! Desperately he yelled, "oh, all right! AMEN!!"

The horse skidded to a stop, just in time.  Peering down over the edge of the cliff, the mad wiped the sweat from his brow. "Whew,"  he said. "Praise the Lord!!"

Why?!  We got snow last night, it started at about 7, snowed all night, and is still going... I wasn't quite ready for the snow, but I am thankfull that it waited this long to come!!!  Last couple years we had it in Oct. At least it came in Nov. this time!!

Today we (me, sloan and peyton) babysat Hallie and Raya. They are little girls that go to our church, and their mom goes to that Bible study that me and sloan babysit for. (did I mention that sloan does it too now?) They are soooooooo cute, we had lots of fun.

Today my dad brought home his old laptop for us to use for school.  We are only aloud to use it for school stuff, like blog, email and online math drills.  I am using it now... It rocks!!

Also, violin lessons and BVF are going great!!!!!!!!!!  I have the best violin teacher in the world, she is awsome!!!  BVF is soooo much fun, most of the kids in my group are waaay better than me, its kinda hard to keep up sometimes, but by the end of the year when I'm better at sight reading, I think it will be easier.  Its differant with my violin, because its just me and my teacher, so if I need to go slow, its OK, with BVF its me, 15 other kids that are better than me, and the teacher, so its harder to keep up. but its still fun!!!

Hmmmm, It has been a LONG time since I wrote, but I can't think of what to write about!  I should though, because there IS alot to write about... OH, I KNOW!!!!  I'm 12 now! My birthday was last Saturday, we went swimming, and then, Gam and unle walt & auntie sharon came over! They only stayed for one night , but they still came!  For my birthday, Sloan gave me the book "Where The Red Fern Grows" I've wanted that book for a really long time!!!!  Now its mine, MINE! All mine.... Bwahahaha!!!!!!  We got it from the library on CD, it made me and sloan WEEP, so that means it is a good book!

Today daddy took me to a music store to buy me a book for the Bow valley fiddlers (did I tell you that I auditioned and got in?!)  Then he took me to his work, and I played computer and drank orange juice :)

WOw, Its been a long time since I wrote!! Well, we have officially started school! I love all my books! For science I am doing science focus 7, for LA I'm doing language lessons for the secondary child 2 and spelling power (and a couple other things like Bible, history and stuff like that) For math I'm doing saxon 8/7 prealgebra.

Lately it has been really cold, but this week, its been over 20 degrees all week!!!!!!  I guess we still have a little bit of summer left!

YAY!!!!  Summer is FINNALLY  here!!!  Funny, that it feels like it just started, at the end of JUNE!!!!  Well, at least we don't have to wait any longer!  Its supposed to be 31 degrees today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Then tomorrow, its JULY!!!!!! I can't belive it!! Then the day after that, we leave for... FIDDLE CAMP!!!  I'm assuming I don't have to say alot about what we do there!! :)

hmmmmm... What to write about next... Maybe I'll see if I can find another cute pic of gage to post!!!!  Nope, can't do that, every time I try to upload a pic, the thing says that I do not have enough available space. grrrr!

Today daddy left for Toronto.  He is gone untill Friday...

I don't really know what to talk about today.  Lets see... I could talk about gagey!  As if I don't already talk enough about him!!   hmmmmmm... Oh! I know!! I can tell you all about my new favourite book series!!!  My new favourite books are, the kids version of the left behind books, where the rapture happens, and some people get left behind, and they have to try to survive, and they become christians, and, well, you just have to read them!!

Tomorrow, we are doing 'Are you smarter than an MTC (mckenzie towne church) 5/6 grader' in sunday school, we are going down to the service to challenge the adults.  It will be fun!!  Me and my mom are both competing.  I know that the kids team will win :)

Today the Jespersens are visiting.  They got here yesterday and they are leaving tomorrow.   I think we might go to the lake today, that will be fun!  Tomorrow is charters birthday, he is turning 6.  Today is gage's birthday, he is 4 months.

I can't belive that we are going to GP in only 3 days!!!! We are leaving on friday. (bla bla bla... I already told you this, and you know how it ends, we all live happily ever after, of course :) Well, anyway, three days after we get home from GP, we are going to Kelowna (or K-town as my dad calles it) for a couple days. (blablabla, again, I probably told you this too!!)

Is there anything I haven't told you?!  Well, I told you we went to the christain book store to use my gift card, but I never told you what I bought!! HA!!! Finally figured it out!!!  Something I never told you!!!!  OK, why don't I just get on with it??  I bought 2 cds, (they came in a package together,( WOW hits 2008)) and I bought a special Bible highlighter (It doesn't bleed through the pages). Oh, I forgot, I also got a little book for lent, I always forget it 'cause I don't use it yet.

Yesterday, we went to the christain book store, because I had a giftcard that I got for helping babysit for the ladies Bible study.  Then we went to the library, and to sobeys, and came home.

Today, it is raining. It rained all night, and its still comin' down.  Everytime it rains outside, I remember this poem, Its not realy a special poem, just something I had to memorize for LA when I was in grade 2.  I don't remember what its called, probably its called raining though, and I don't remember who wrote it.

Yesterday Gam and Gamp left, AND, I moved into my new room!! Yup, daddy chose me to move up, all because of one teeny tiny sentence in peytons essay, she said that her and sloan needed to learn to break up their hissy fights (her word, not mine :) by them selves. Well, anyway, it all ended with me moving up stairs.  The only problem is mollen, I don't mind sharing a room with her, but i like my room a little bit cleaner that she can keep it.  Oh well, more cleaning for me to do!  You know what? I'm actually starting to enjoy cleaning, I used to be the worst at keeping my room clean, but now, it doesn't seem so hard, almost easy!!
Well, I have to go cut molls a piece of bread, bye!

Well, its been almost a month since I wrote! Yikes! Well, I guess we have been busy, I'm writing my PAT's this year, (for grade 6) I did part A yesterday, and I will do part B in June.

Gam and Gamp are coming tomorrow, I'm sooo excited!!!! 

I have to go now, my dad says that me and my sisters have to write an essay about who should sleep up stairs. (It is mollens room, but she never uses it, so my and my sisters have to write an argument for my dad to help him decide)
