i was walking up the front porch steps after everything that day i gone all wrong and been trappled on

and lost and thrown away got to the hallway well on my way to my lov'in bed i almost did'nt notice all the roses and a note that said "our song is the slam a screen door sneeking out late tapping on your window when were on the phone and she talks real slow cause it's late and here mama don't know

i was ridding shotgun in the front seat of his car i grabbed a pen and a old napkin and i wrote down our song!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi! I dont want to be picky, but i dont like that song. I think it lets out a bad message to girls, thinking that its ok to sneek out and do things without there parents knowing about it. Sorry, but I dont think thats right.
