Sep. 23, 2007 - Book Review: My Life, Unscripted
When I first got this new book from Tricia Goyer, I did wonder what I was going to do with it. I am past the teen stage, and though those years were emotionally turbulent, I did not deal with many of the same struggles and temptations that most young American girls do today. I also have never been able to enjoy scripts much, even Shakespeare.
But I was pleasantly surprised with My Life, Unscripted. It was easy to read, and for me it was interesting getting into Tricia's mind and the minds of other teen girls (there are comments from teenagers on many pages throughout the book). I also found a teen girl who needed the book, so she got my copy. However, there is a contest, so post a comment and I'll do the whole random selection thing and get you a copy too!
Here's a bit more about the book in Tricia's words:
Be sure to visit Tricia's site, to see her other books. And don't forget to leave a comment for the contest!
