It's time to show off Super Savings! Here's what I got from CVS this week:
That's $28 worth of stuff, $2.98 oop. I got $5 ECBs back, and I think I deserved another $5, but didn't get 'em, so I need to talk to someone about that.

It looks to me like you deserve another $5 ECB as well. You should've gotten $5 for the SPA Radiant and $5 for the Essence of Beauty products. I will say this: once I bought 3 Essence of Beauty items on clearance and got nothing. A couple weeks later, I bought 3 EofB items also on clearance and got the $5 ECB's. Go figure. This was at the same CVS, no less. I think it all boils down to the store's main computer. I've had a manager tell me if it's not in the main computer, it won't come up in their registers. I think (naturally) a human enters the info in, so there's going to be a margin of error there.
I hope you get it worked out.

My CVS has a problem with not printing extra bucks too. I finally called about their last error, and they credited $15ECB to my account. I went today, and they printed! Yay! I wish I would have saved my other receipts to complain about.
I believe it's 1-800-SHOP-CVS. All you need is your card number & the date of the missed ECB.
