Celebrating the "Beautiful Mystery".....

• Jul. 2, 2009 - July 2

Started reading this book to Devan last night.

Devan made the little picnic basket at Bible school, cute little thing.

Eric is     w    a    i    t    i    n     g      to be picked up  for his summer job,  it is now 40 min. past  ......... he did have his head on the table, the dear boy.

Dillan is going to the Polous cabin this weekend, Ashley is working 12 hrs today and tomorrow, Mark and Mark are still working in Jersey commuting each day. That means the alarm goes off at 3:30 am....that is all that is going on here really. I am keeping busy in the yard and the garden, cuttting coupons and making grocery lists to use as mny of those coupons as possible. My coupon binder is working out beautifully. I keep looking for more at yard sales but the sales this year have been terrible. there have been quite a few weeks where I got nothing!!! even at a whole development  one!!! Ash is looking for a bunch of things to furnish her house in Lynchburg so I really need to get finding some stuff.

This is annoying: We bought a new computer 2 months ago..... we  were in and out of Office Max, nothing mentioned about it out of the ordinary. When we got it up and running I noticed that we had a trial version of WORD that would expire in 60 days..... well, that expired on me 2 days ago- right as I was ready to attach something I had written to mail to someone. So..... I called Office Max who informed me that "Yeah, Word doesn't automatically come with computers anymore. It's a seperate program you have to buy that costs anywhere from $120- 300......" . He went on to say that they offer it at a reduced cost if you buy th e computer there...... they didn't. I had 2 older versions here that M tried to download but no luck, so I guess we have to get that now....

Inspection for the burb was all but $300, and we got our  tax billl yesterday- ughhhhh

I recently purchased a new laptop and the SAME thing happenend to me. I think that in this day in age, it is REDICULOUS that the basic programs that EVERYONE uses is not automatically preloaded. The garden looks great...keep up the great work. Unfortunately, I have a brown thumb, and the greenest thing I can grow is compost (I have plenty should you need any). Many continued blessings.

OpenOffice is a great word processing program and it is FREE! Don't pay for that expensive program. Google OpenOffice to find on web. Easy to download.
