At The Well (Titus 2 Study) - A closer look at Titus 2

When you read the Scripture found in Titus 2: 2-5, how do you see this playing out in your own life? I think that Titus 2 is a beautiful word picture of what true Christianity for women is when put into action! This passage speaks VOLUMES if we will only listen!

What are your areas of strength? Of weakness? My area of weakness, believe it or not, is patience! You say, "Well how on earth can you have 8 kids and be willing to accept more, as God sends them, if you have problems with patience?" Well, that is what God's grace is for, right? He moves us through our tough times, and He GROWS us through our daily walks and struggles. Why give up in an area that God can be glorified through? I would never trade my struggles (nor my precious children that are or are yet to come) for an easy walk through life! I'm only human, but I desire to please Jesus nonetheless!

My area of strength is that I have a true love for my husband and children! I desire to be a godly wife and mother and I do my best to work toward becoming all God has created me to be!

If you could set some sort of goal in relation to this Scripture, what would it be? As said above, I desire to work toward being all that God wants me to be – as a woman, wife, and mother. I think that by studying Titus 2 more closely that it will booster my personal defenses against Satan’s fiery darts!

Thank you for sharing!

I struggle with patience sometimes, and I don't even have children yet. But, I am sure I will see God working through me.
