Easy Garden Beds in a SNAP!

Posted in Garden Gems
I was wandering through the WWW looking for easy ways to build raised beds for the garden (think Square Foot Garden) and I came across the Frame It All Line at Home Depot.  Now I was planning squares and rectangles, but no more!  The Frame It All line has ARCHES which means curves and circles!  WOO HOO!

So I am planning to purchase the 10 1/2' diameter circle for the "Bradford" bed (the bed to cover up the trunk remains from our tornado victim Bradford Pear tree) and have already purchased the supplies for the easy fountain in my previous post.

Here is what Home Depot says:

"Frame It All Raised Garden Beds will inspire many compliments, be the source of great admiration, inspire compliments and add impressive eye appeal to your garden. The kit consists of curved composite wood grain timbers, stacking joints, hardware and instructions. All you need is a screwdriver and a mallet. You will have assembled a low maintenance garden border that will retain soil or mulch. It is durable, rot-proof and will not lose its rich wood grain color, which weathers naturally over time. As a bonus the composite timbers are eco-friendly - manufactured from 60% recycled post-consumer plastic and 40% wood flour. The joint stakes are also eco-friendly - manufactured from recycled ABS plastic."
