**UPDATE**
The surgery itself went well but Daphne isn't doing that great. She hasn't been able to keep anything down since the surgery. We were released home yesterday afternoon since they felt her throwing up was a result of the anesthesia. She has had water, a popsicle, a few bites of ice cream and some pudding but none of it stayed down. Her painkillers and antibiotic haven't stayed down either. I called the Dr. and was sent to get prescription anti-nausea suppositories. She had one of those 2hrs ago and then an hour later I gave her some water and meds which she threw up.. I'm concerned she may be getting dehydrated. The suppositories are every 6 hrs so we can't do another one for a while. In the meantime I am going to keep pushing the fluids.
Also while we were gone at the hospital yesterday, our birch tree came down in our yard. We have had freezing rain and sleet with a bit of wind the past few days. Fortunately, Zac was able to cut it up before he left for work today. We have another showing tomorow.
Daphne is having her tonsils and adnoids removed on Monday morning. Please keep her in your prayers. I will post an update after the surgery.
