The Uhaul was loaded on Saturday morning and Zac drove it down to work. On Sunday he drove it over to the house. Meanwhile we had a major storm with snow, sleet, rain and high winds. Due to the weather the kids and I stayed back and finally went down to the house on Monday. Tuesday was closing on the tudor and it went smoothly. We have about 1/2 unpacked here. There is a foot of snow on the ground here - yuck! Also due to the weather the ceiling in one of the bedrooms here started leaking and then some ceiling tiles fell down. That is going to be fixed this week.
We are so blessed to have such wonderful friends! Several helped us load the Uhaul and then several others helped unload. In addition to that, we were provided with meals from our church family and the kids and I were able to stay for free in the seminary guest house.
