The local market has many out of town buyers looking for vacation homes and it has significantly driven up the price of housing. We have been looking for a house in the area for awhile now, but the majority of homes here are out of our price range. Zac really feels that he needs to be close to work and it does improve his chances of advancement. As a result, we are considering a 3bdrm 1 bath farmhouse on 3/4 of an acre on a quiet back road. It could work, but it is smaller than we would like and it needs some updating although it is liveable. Please pray for wisdom and guidance for us.
