hey! i just wanted to let anyone who reads my blog know that i'm switching blog sites. my blog is gonna be on www.bloggger.com/catcrazee . i know i didn't change the name, but it's true - i'm CATCRAZEE ! i'm excited about the other site, cause it has alot more stuff you can do on it! like i couldn't figure out how to put a slidshow on this blog, but it's easy on my other one! it'll be awesome! oh yeah, i'll also put some pics from camp on it! i guess it can kinda be continued from this one. well i hope ya keep reading my blog!

hey! saturday a good friend of ours came to our house. he's a WORD OF LIFE missionary. mr. gary spent one night with us 'cause he was here for a wedding. i wish he could have stayed longer! he's just awesome!

on sunday (yesterday) i went to my friend L.'s house. we had alot of fun. one thing i learned is: never eat a persimmon! L. (and her mom, surprisingly) tricked me into eating one! it totally dries your mouth out! i got her back by putting one in her lemonade that was split in half (that way the flavor got out)! it was funny 'cause she didn't even know i had tasted the persimmon!

today we had school. oh yeah, i bought a video of camp at church on sunday night. it's awesome! it was $5. a guy in our church made it to raise money for a mission trip (i think that's rite).

this saturday, my cousin ruthie is coming to our house. we're having a cookout that nite w/ our family. we're going to virginia beach on thursday and busch gardens on friday! i can't wait! ruthie is leaving on the next saturday.

i forgot about last friday nite! we do single moms bible studies at our church. everything went well until everyone had left. ben and i were waiting for my parents out in the hall. then ben took off his shoe and threw it to me. i grabbed it and i was trying to keep it from him, so i threw it. the shoe slid down the wall and hit the fire alarm! for some reason it started going off! my mom called the fire department and told them it was a false alarm. then she called a friend of ours and asked for one of our pastor's numbers. then that friend called a guy in our church that, i guess, works with alarms. he came and called another guy that could fix it! we finally got to go home, but the fire alarm was still on! that was actually a cool experience!

well i gotta go, we're gonna eat supper soon (i'm hungry!).

i'm back from camp! O my goodness i had soooooo much fun! it was one of the most awesome expiriences of my life! mrs. boardwine was the best counselor i could have asked for for my last year! and abbey was the best jc too!

my activities in order were: swimming, minibikes, leather crafts, & archery. we had like, 5 minutes to get ready between activities. it was hard to change from your wet swimsuit into jeans in that amount of time. cause you have to walk all the way to each acivity too!

one of the girls in my cabin broke her wrist while we were rockhopping. we all cried for AT LEAST an hour. i know that sounds weird, but if you had been there you would understand.

our lip sync. was awesome! the song we did was 'diverse city' by tobymac. it was soooo cool. we all wore neon orange and black. we had black shirts with neon orange duct tape on them. our shirts spelled 'diverse city'! i was the 'i' in 'diverse'.

our last nite we did something really cool. mrs. boardwine told us that mr. tony had given us special permission to do something. she said we had to go somewhere to do it. so we walked out to the chapel, we were all wondering what we were doing. we went into this room that extends the space in the chapel for when parents come. it was pretty dark exept for some candles and a little lamp. this beautiful piano music was playing. we all sat down and mrs. boardwine and abbey were kinda standing in front of us. mrs. boardwine said " we've been talking alot about humility in our devotions. so abbey and i are going to wash your feet, just like Jesus did for his disciples." and then we all started crying. they started with my friend E. and ended with J.. i was right before J., and i thought i had run out of tears until they actually did it to me. mrs. boardwine said some nice things she had noticed about me,and then she prayed over me. they washed our feet and then put lotion on them (all our feet were filthy by the way). that was the first time i'd had anything like that done to me in my entire life. it was just amazing.

well i guess i can post more later!

today, my mom and little brother and i, passed out judgment house info cards. we went down our street and gave out the cards and  some muffins. my mom made banana nut muffins, and we went to each house and gave the ones that answered the door the muffins and a card. the ones that didn't answer the door, we just taped a card to their door frame. it was cool, actually it was hot (literally). we were burning up, i was seriously sweating !!!!!!!!

tonight we went to judgement house again. aunt janet (actually, i call her ANT janet, cause she would rather be called AUNT) and my cousin K. went with us. so did my mamaw. it was cool. i cried again (i can't believe myself). if anyone reading this post lives close to a place that does judgement house, you NEED to go. (SERIOUSLY)

after judgement house, we went to kroger, and i accidently slammed mamaw's thumb in my door! i felt so bad i cried (though mamaw didn't). it looked like it might need stitches, but she wouldn't let us take her to the hospital.

yesterday i got my immunization shots (1 on each arm). my left arm is REALLY sore. it hurts to move it. ben gets really worked up over shots, and he was so scared for me that he cried. ben will have to get shots soon too, so i had to be careful what i said about how much it hurt (it wasn't too bad, but it is now.

we also went to miss heather's house and watched The Last Sin Eater. before we went mommy and i went to Arby's. i got a sub and mommy got a chicken cordon bleu sandwich. we had soooo much fun. oh yeah, when we got home mommy got on ebay and we typed in random things like 'used Aveeno lotion' and it actually came up! she also typed in 'used toilet paper' and something actually came up, but it was just a toilet paper roll holder.

it's sooooo much fun to have mother-daughter days!

this week is gonna be really cool! yesterday, we went to Judgement House, it's this walk through drama our church does. we do it every year, lot's of people get saved through it. next year (if i can) i want to be a runner, i think they take things to the actors (like water or food). this year i don't think i would have been able to because of camp.

today we're going to the movies with some of my friends (L. , E. , & J.). we're gonna see Nancy Drew. E's mom  is the one that invited people to go with them to see it.

tomorrow nite, we're going to my friend Miss Heather's house to have a mom/daughter movie night! Miss Heather is one of my favorite adults (besides my family of course)! We're gonna watch The Last Sin Eater (i've already seen it, but that's okay). O yeah, i also have to get a tetnis (i think that's how you spell it) shot tomorrow (wahoo).

wednesday, E. and her little sister C. are coming over. we're also going to church that nite.

thursday we might go to the pool. we'll probably do something with mamaw.

friday we're going to Judgement House again 'cause we wanted mamaw and Aunt Janet to go. Aunt Janet also invited my cousin K. to go.

i don't think we're doing anything special on saturday. except maybe packing for camp.

sunday we'll go to church, and I think we're going to lunch with a family at our church.

monday is the best day of all! I GET TO GO TO CAMP!

today i was going to go to a junior high activity. i'm not exactly positive what we were gonna do, but i think it was some kind of water fight. i was gonna go w/ my friend E., but she decided she didn't want to go. since the place we were going is  such a long way from my house, i decided not to go. we're going to the pool today instead (i'm getting really tan)!

last night we had church. since it's summer we don't have AWANA anymore, so we have something called 'fun summer club' for kids 1st-6th grade. for my age (at church i'm in 7th grade now) we have a girls Bible study and a boys Bible study. we can also help out with fun summer club (FSC). that's what i'm doing. i'm helping with 1st-2nd grade. i sit at a certain table and help the kids with their crafts and stuff. last night the craft was making a keychain with string and beads. they had to put to strings through each bead, and the ends of the string frayed. so most of the kids at my table sucked on the ends of they're string to get it to go in the bead. before they could get all of the beads on it was time to go to the missionary story, so i had to thread the pre-licked string through the beads ! it was nasty!

then we went on the playground. i took off my shoes so i could climb up the outside of the covered slide. then one of the girls asked me where my shoes were, and i made the mistake of telling her. she ran over and  grabbed them, i got one of them back pretty quick. the other one i had to swing he around for, but she would not let go! she really had some muscles to be able to hang on like that (i thought my shoe was gonna break)! finally after i gave up she threw it at me! it was quite annoying!

we go to a neighborhood pool (though we don't live in the neighborhood). today we went to the pool at 11 a.m. and we stayed there 'til 5 p.m. (6 hours)! we were quite tired! my friend L. was there too, we had a lot of fun. we tried to stand on each other's shoulders (didn't work too well)!

almost all i can think about is going to camp in 2 weeks! the kids at my church (3rd-7th grade) go every year, this will be my 3rd and last year going. it's alot of fun, there's all kinds of activities. the ones i'm doing are: minibikes, swimming, crafts, & archery. we're only alowed to have 4 activities, the others are: nature trail, mini golf, & riflery. the camp has 'snack shack' and 'book nook'. the book nook is for souviners and stuff, snack shack is for, what else, snacks! we have chapel in the morning and afternoon. chapel is really fun, we have these awsome songs and they do puppet shows. at the end of our week at camp, we do lip syncs. every cabin does one and they're usually hilarious! we leave for camp august 13th! camp is soooo cool.

that's just one thing we're doing this summer. We're also going to Busch Gardens!

hi, i'm beth. (ok so i'm not too good at this, just bear with me) i have a brother named ben, and my parent's names are neal and teresa. i love cats (duh). my cat's name is symon valentino. ben has a dog named suzi noel (our pets have middle names, ok?) my mamaw (grandma), who lives right below us has a cat named shadow(we haven't decided on a middle name yet, but i'm leaning toward Buddy). my favorite color is hot pink, and my 2nd fave is black (in case you hadn't noticed). my grandparents live right in front of us, which is awesome. oh yeah, my fave # is 47 (no clue why). i also like mousetraps. well that went a little better than i expected! hopefully i'll do better next time!
