Dear Diary,

Today little white things came down from the sky! I was just watching it from the window, when Mommy and Auntie Rebekah picked me up and took me outside to see them! It stuck to my fur, and was really cold. It was pretty, though. I have a small memory of it doing that last year, except last year it covered the whole ground. The white things, (Humans call them “snow. What an odd name.) didn’t fall for very long. Oddly enough, Mommy (her real name is Rachel-I just have to call her “Mommy) seemed upset that it didn’t stick to the ground like last year.

I’m dreadfully sorry, but I just had to drink eight sips of milk today. The humans said that the milk was turning sour, and I just couldn’t let ~~this~~ that happen. I managed to chew my food twenty times again, though I was starving. I miss Madam De Louie teaching me, and I’m mad that we had to move to Virginia and leave her behind in Connecticut. I can still remember having weekly lessons every Saturday while the family was out, and her saying; “Daisy, sit up straight, mind your manners, and don’t ever, ever let any cat find your weak spot”. I can also hear her say; “Daisy, you must always be perfect. Perfection is the key to heaven.” She was such a good teacher. I had better not say any more, I am starting to feel sad.

Hiyah, everyone! My name is Graystripe, and I'm Rachel's foster kitty. I have real owners, but they don't take care of me so I always come to my foster mommy's house for some scratches and kibble. I'm the only one of the four who has a mate and kittens-I'll show you some pictures!

Here's me:

This is my son, Lucas, with his girlfriend Chelsea.

Here's his brother, Leonardo. They look like me, don't they?

Here are some pictures of when they were newly born-very tiny! They grow up so fast...

My mate, Queenie, wasn't about to let those to kits eat all the chow, so she soon dug in. I was keeping gaurd.

It is I, Queen Daisy May Jasmine Meow-Meow Night Witchcat Fluffy-tail, ruler of this house. Normally I would not be typing on a computer, I would get one of my servants to do it, but I am particuarly proud of my writing capabilities, so this is actually me typing. Anyway, these are facts that you MUST know about me.

My subjects (including you, whoever is reading this) always bow and murmer "Your Highness" when they approach me. (this is not actually true, but if you would like to start a tradition you are more then welcome to!)

I am a black persian, an uncommon cat.

I have fluffy black fur

I am told my eyes are gorgeos.

I am 7 years old.

No one leaves without my permission

Only on very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very special occasions may a human pick me up.

I somply detest it when people say "Oh, who's the cutie little Daisy? Daisy Maisy is, that's who! Hm, who's the cutsie wootsie tootsy adorable widdle ting, huh? Daisy is, yes she is!"
