Hello, everyone!  I'm finally back after about three weeks of the flu at our house!  It took that long for it to run its course!  Most of the kids were better after about a week or so, but my dear hubby is just now in the last few days, feeling more like his old self.  Oh, but I should mention that he's a much lighter "old self" because he ended up losing about 15 pounds during the last three weeks!  Now, before you say, "Poor Ed," I must inform you that my husband is entirely thrilled with the end results because he had just previously made the declaration to loose about 20 pounds before his birthday in May!  So he is delighted to be almost at his goal without having to really "work" for it!  I, on the other hand, keep telling him that it's not fair because we should be getting fat together until this little one is born next month!

Meanwhile, the nesting instinct has definitely kicked in around here!  But for me, my drive to get our home clean, organized, and streamlined has begun in the area of homeschooling.  I've been re-aaranging, re-organizing, and re-directing just about everything and everybody, from the schoolroom to daily routines to curriculum choices.  I've also been feverishly trying to get lesson plans done for the next three months so that "school" can pretty much go on with a minimum of help from me after the baby comes!

During this time, I've come across some great websites that offer free printables, lesson plans, activity ideas, etc.  I plan to start sharing them with you all in the next few days or so!   Thank you all so much for  "checking in" on us during this time!  Blessings to you!

In His Love,

Tammy

Glad to know that everyone is feeling better and congrats to the hubby for finding the one weightloss shortcut! Of course, I'm sure he's glad to be feeling better, though. I think I'm in the nesting stage, too. With 10 weeks to go, I've become fairly obsessed with getting everything neat and organized before the baby comes. Of course, with a 19 month old underfoot, it's not always easy. Blessings to you and yours, Tammy.

It is good to hear that you are all feeling so much better. I wish I could be in your hubby's place with the weight loss, except that I don't think I would have wanted to lose it the way he did. Anyway, so glad everyone is getting better. Nesting? What fun!! I actually love those moments, when you are feeling better in the pregnancy, and just getting busy and organized for that new little person in the home. You are in my prayers and I hope you are remembering to rest as well. Have fun getting organized. Hugs!

I am glad that everything is okay. I need to getting into a organizing mode becuase I feel like I am out of order on everything. This week is midterms and I feel like life is out of control in some way. I just need a time to get everything back together. I think I will have the opportunity get back on track this week when we have a break from college. I can't wait to clean, organize and go out of town to SC and GA. Well, I am glad that you and your family are okay. God bless you.

Fully Committed

Verse
All that I am and all that I hope to be
All of my desires and all of my abilities
I'm fully committed to Your will and to Your way
I'll make the sacrifice to do what You ask of me
My love's forever, Jesus You're all that I need
And I could never repay what You did just for me
But the least I can do…

Chorus
I give my life, fully committed to You (x2)

Verse
Every passing minute, every hour of the day
In every situation, every bit of attention I pay
I'm fully committed to Your will to Your way
I'll make the sacrifice to do what You ask of me
My love's forever, Jesus You're all that I need
And I could never repay what You did just for me
But the least I can do…
