I miss my Daddy!!

My Daddy is traveling from New York (Syracuse area) down to Woodbine, GA to help my brother (younger than me by 10 years) begin the process of moving back to New York. Let's insert here that I still can't believe my brother actually boarded an airplane and then moved down to GA. It's just not right!! My brother will be leaving 80 degree weather to go back to SNOW. Yes, according to my Mom and Dad, there is still snow on the ground. Oh my ~ what will the spring flowers do?

So I met Dad and my sisters husband, Jack, and we had a nice dinner at Shoney's. Yes, we are simple folk. A few pictures were taken, my boys were able to see their Grandpa and I saw my Daddy.

When I hugged my Daddy good-bye, my brother-in-law Jack had to tell me not to cry. Yes, I wanted to open the flood gates because I miss my Daddy. Considering my Daddy qualified for Medicare late last year, he's not getting any younger. So I miss my Daddy.

Daddy's and their girls, there is nothing like it. I am glad you got to seem him. I talked to mine this weekend but it has been a long time since I have seen him.Hold on to his hug as long as you can.
