I LOVE SOUTH CAROLINA!

(This is being posted by DH on behalf of Chele from Pulaski, NY.)

I'm enjoying my white Christmas, because I'm NEVER going to have a white Christmas again. We're getting sideways-blowing snow. I've gotten stuck in my parents' driveway and had to be shoveled/plowed out. I've driven in the middle of snow-laden streets of Pulaski, hoping I don't hit anything or anyone. I've had to park on the "wrong" side of our hotel because I didn't want to be on the west side where the snow and wind were coming from.

It's bitterly cold (although the boys have had fun sledding down a "hill" of snow made when my father plowed and blew the snow off the driveway). Did I mention it's bitterly cold?

So, as I said, I LOVE South Carolina and can't wait to get back to the warmth and away from the snow.

Still, it's good to be able to have a white Christmas at home. DH (who's writing this for me) will be here Tuesday if all works out with the airlines. Wish us luck in getting back out!

Let it snow, let it snow, let it... STOP!!!!! :-)

Aha! We're making you a Southerner one step at a time!! There has been snow on Christmas before that I can remember. Funny thing is it was snowing at my grandparents house in a town east of us and at the BEACH, so we had to cut short our celebration and hurry home lest we get caught on back roads with snow...yet when we headed west toward home it hadn't snowed a bit.
Hope you all get to spend a warm holiday together.

Come on!!! You are one of my sole supporters of snow in the south! You can't give up on me now!! Don't let a little bit of frost bite get ya down! Actually, we were just having a beautiful day of 68 degrees yesterday and spent the whole day outside, so I guess I can't complain....
