Oct. 18, 2008 - Fall is upon us!

I think fall is a neat time of year.  We were blessed by an orchard near us to be given as many apples as we wanted.  So I went about canning apple pie filling and had a little helper.

This is Elijah making the sauce of the apple pie filling.
