I heard this on a song and really like this chorus

"If everyone cared and nobody cried,

If everyone loved and nobody lied,

If everyone shared and swallowed their pride,

Then we'd see the day when nobody died"

I like it :)

I belive My dad wrote this... I'll have to ask.. For those of you who don't know my dad,he is in the Navy :)

"A little child plays in the water, with delight and innocence;
Not a care in the world, adoring her reflection in the water;
Above her a phrase that means nothing, A reflection on the wall;
For "Freedom is not free"; I fight to protect that innocence, I safeguard so that children can play;
I defend so that child can reflect, and someday find meaning in those words above her;
Many have come before me and paid a price; I will not forget those who have gone before me;
I am dedicated to the core values of honor courage and commitment; I promise to protect and defend;
For I have taken an oath; That I do solemnly swear that I will defend the United States;
Freedom is not free. "
