Yesterday, my daughter and I attended the Northwest Creation Conference at the Columbia Conference Center in Portland.  We enjoyed it tremendously and learned a lot.  We attended the following sessions (from around 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.):- The Dangers of Evolution, Fossil Evidence of Creation and the Flood, The Lies in Your Textbooks Part 1, Hi-Tech Pharaohs & Ancient Technology, Stones & Bones-Claws & Jaws, The Lies in Your Textbooks Part 2, and Unlocking the Mysteries of Civilization.  The speakers included Eric Hovind, Paul Veit, Dr. Dennis Swift, and Dennis Petersen.  The conference was packed with fact-filled presentation, tons of scientific evidence, display of fossils and artifacts, Biblical references, Gospel message, laughter, and assortment of wonderful creation-related materials (available for sale).  The more I learn and know about science, the more amazed I am at the love, mercy, & grace of God, the Creator, and the beauty & complexity of His creation.  Evolution is so illogical; evolutionists are totally deceived by satan. 

"Since they hated knowledge and did not choose to fear the Lord, since they would not accept my advice and spurned my rebuke, they will eat the fruit of their ways and be filled with the fruit of their schemes.  For the waywardness of the simple will kill them, and the complacency of fools will destroy them; but whoever listens to me will live in safety and be at ease, without fear of harm."  Proverbs 1:29-33
