We were eating spouted grain bagels the other morning when one of the grains fell out of the bagel.  Megan, noticing the seed on the counter picked it up with a look of excitement in her eyes.  She turned to me and asked, "Mom, can we plant a bagel tree?  Oh, please, please can we?!?!
