Who's on First?

This is a conversation at our house the other night:

Isabel: My draw a picture
Daddy: No, Isabel, say "I draw a picture"
I: No! My draw a picture!
D: You drew the picture, Isabel, so you say "I draw a picture"
I: No, Daddy, you didn't draw the picture! My draw the picture!

This went on for about 5 minutes before he gave up and said "O.k., you draw the picture!" to which she quickly replied, "No! My draw the picture!"

The English language is so confusing, maybe Christian will understand one day if Isabel keeps working with him;)

My wife and I have had the same conversation with our 4 year old son many a time just replace. Except he uses the pronoun me and when you try and correct him he says no me not you whatever he was claiming it can go on for some time but he is getting betetr and he finally seems to be getting it.
