Aug. 14, 2006 - More Pictures
Here are some more pictures. I'm going to try re-posting the sandcastle one later. Anybody have advice on keeping photos from leaving? I'd really rather not use photobucket or flickr if I can help it.
Anyway, this one is of the ski jump. It was take from the top of this hill. The 418 stairs are behind the photographer.
This is part of the view from the top of the jump. I'd love to go up there in the winter to watch the competitions.
Other than that, I don't really have anything to talk about. Packing, packing, packing. Oh, and I got some really pretty black and blue cups, bowls, plates, and silverware.

It's actually only about 50 miles away, but taking into consideration traffic, weather, gas prices and late rehearsals, I think it's best to live there. Besides the fact that my family is moving into a new house that is a lot smaller, and doesn't really have room for a full time me. Lucky for me, the dorms are the best I've seen. No sharing a bathroom with forty people.
Anyhow, I'm moving on Saturday. One of the more practical appeals of a large family - I have six people who will help me, and one who would but isn't big enough to carry much. |
