If you implement the Charlotte Mason method of education into your homeschooling environment, yet find that not all aspects of this method benefit or interest your children, then this twisted version of CM may appeal to you. We shouldn't feel guilty or ashamed for spicing up our homeschooling experience. We shouldn't be embarrassed to admit that we embellish our children's education with non-traditional items or experiences. By being open to twisting and tweaking the norms of the Charlotte Mason style of homeschooling we become more aware of it's greater benefits. We can open the door to so many possibilities when we take advantage of all that is available to us.
