Going to be gone for a while!

Posted in just my thoughts

I am going on vacation...woo hoo!!! Can't wait!! I made cookies to take along, shopped for groceries and snacks to take, have a ham in the oven, for sandwiches and breakfast, and even have several breakfast/lunch/supper menus planned for the week. We are going to Branson! I don't want to eat EVERY meal out, every day, kwim? I know we are going to see the Acrobats of
China, and the Amazing Pets show, for sure. We will probably also go to the Titanic museum, Legends, Pierce Arrow, and the 57 car Museum. I would also like to see the Haygoods, as this is their last year. We will probably walk around the Landing, too. Some friends of ours are going to meet us there, so it will be fun. We will have a couple of days to ourselves, then the other family will join us. (They also homeschool, and have a daughter my dd's age)

God is good, and so is my mother! It is because of her (and her husband) that we get to go. We get to use their "deeded" week at their timeshare resort. They were not going to use it this year. I really need the time away. Then when we get back, we will start school! I am even looking forward to that!

Well, got to run...ya'll have a blessed week, and drink some coffee for me!
Blessings~Lynn

Wow, how fun. The Chinese acrobats should be great. I saw some about 8 years ago and it was really amazing. IMO, they were better than Cirque du Soleil.

I wanted to give you the link to the PAF curriculum. I hope it will fit here:

Have a great trip. Be safe & have fun.

How nice of you to mention on your blog about the vacation in Branson. I know that you needed it honey...you have been so tired, and I really hope that this time away from the stresses of life in general will rejuvenate you. Branson is a whole other world. I always enjoy it...it is so relaxing..you will have to read my latest comment on my blog, about a sabath place...I hope this vacation was that for you as well as a fun time w/ family and doing differant things. Hope you will come home "refreshed" in body, mind & spirit! God is good, and so is sabath rest...which can be defined in differant ways. Enjoy! Love, Your Mommy. : >)

Just now getting a chance to check out your blog. I had a CRAZY BUSY week last week. This week will be much easier....had 4 non-stop days in a row last week and this old lady can't do that anymore. Glad your vacation was fun. Talk to ya later,
Love, Diana
