Free Language courses online

You will not believe what I found. I am soooo excited about this. I found a website out of the UK with free language courses for French, German Spanish Italian, Greek, Portuguese, Chinese (and that includes tones), a little Polish, a little Japanese, a little Russian, some Arab, and several others. The BBC (British Broadcasting Corporation)does this as a "community service" to the world to help everyone have a chance to learn other languages.
You can browse the online course (this requires a free download of Flash Player) or you can sign up for a 12 week lesson delivered via email. There are games, worksheets, tips, guides to slang. I can not even list it all. This is totally free from the BBC. There are MP3 downloads but I am not totally sure those are free; I think they are but again I am not sure.
