Jan. 17, 2008 - We had a great first day!!!!!
The first day of co-op was wonderful! We had a total of 11 children (not counting younger siblings that also tagged along!). Our music teacher was sick, but even without a music class, we managed to fill the time well.
The kids started a 2 part art project (photo frames) and will finish those up next week. They also made a fun *popper* out of brown paper bags- these make such a fun noise!
Our gym teacher had several great activities- soccer, volleyball (with a beach ball), and some fun *tag* style games. All of the kids seemed to have a great time and we are looking forward to more fun next week! Here are some pictures of our first day:

How COOL is THAT?! Looks and sounds like you had an awesome first day! Hope you get lots of interest and have lots of success. I announced it at the McCHEO meeting, we had a small turnout that night, but it's also on the McCHEO blog.
