Jan. 21, 2009 - Last day of Blogoweek and 200 Comments!
![]()
Yup, what better way to end Blogoweek than with my two-hundredth comment? Today Cherise posted two-hundredth comment (and it was about time, too, I was waiting all day yesterday!)
But Blogoweek is done, and though I think I shall do it again sometime, it won't be for a while, because I want to focus on my writing. I haven't written more than 400 words a day for over a week, and I have to finish this book. Therefore in February I shall be competing with Cherise, Mariella and Molly to see who can get to 30,000 words first.
And here is the link to my self portrait
. I don't like it as much as the other ones, but I couldn't think of anything really good, so oh well!

Congratulations on your 200th comment, as well as finishing Blogoweek! I'm thinking of doing it again, too; perhaps we could do it together? Goodness knows my blog needs it.
I feel bad for not having commented until now. *cowers*

Yay!! I got to post the 200th comment!! *grins*
Oh, and I am SO EXCITED about our contest!!! It should be so much fun!!!! The only thing is, I told my mom about it, and she said that I can do it only as long as it doesn't get in the way of the other stuff I'm doing, and I have to drop out if it's too much of a stress. Sad!!! However, I do not plan on giving up so easily, and will contest against you three with all the strength I may!!
I was also over on the old, abandoned NaNoWriMo forums that we made, and I was wondering if we would like to use those again for our little contest? We could have Beth set up a new section specifically for us. I actually like using them much more than I like the chat room, and I think it would give us a nice alternative!
I must say: I have been loving your portrait-every-day thingy! It's been so fun to finally get to see you, as you really are!! I would like to do something like that, but then I'm afraid my parents wouldn't like having so many pictures of me on the internet. *pouts* Maybe I could just email everyone a picture of me, so that if we ever run into each other in real life we can recognize each other!
If there's anything I need to know about the 30k word challenge, let me know! I'm going to go post about it on the NaNoWriMo blog!
