Feb. 4, 2009 - February Madness
I was just to In Word, and seeing that there was still no update, said aloud, "ugh, Beth needs to update." And then I noticed that I haven't updated in probably a longer time. :)
Well, Februay Madness is off to a good start, well, pretty good. I'm not behind, so that is good, actually I am over 400 words ahead. But I had a fairytalish wish of a dream to stay close behind Cherise, a dream which has proven just that. A dream, and nothing more. Go figure. Actually I am hoping to catch close behind her this weekend, but don't tell her! ;)
I wanted to get to 6,000 words today, by my wonderful, beloved, most awesome writing tool, Write or Die, has been down all day! *cries* I just cannot write without it, like I can with it!
In other news, I have abandoned the 364 day challenge. :'(
I love photography, and I want to get better, but I don't love it that much. It was just too much. When I have free time I want to be chatting with my friends, calling my friends, texting, writing or spending time with friends and family. Photography just doesn't make the high priority list, so I have stopped, though I do want to make an effort to post more picutures, just not one everyday. :)
But that's about all I have time for, my mother is sending me to bed. *sighs* God bless!

Oh yay, you updated! I have been waiting for you to do so for a long time, because I have wanted to know how you have been doing on the challenge!
I have good news for you (not for me, for you): I really didn't write anything for the challenge yesterday! I spent most of the day planning for a new story idea I had, and only got around to writing more of Tears at the end of the day. So basically, I'm still at the same spot I was yesterday: 7,300 words. Which means you have a chance to catch up!!! I think it is cool that you want to catch up to me - I don't know why, but that puts a huge grin on my face. I actually hope you do catch up - wouldn't it be cool if we were racing each other neck-and-neck all the way to the end?
Anyhow, I understand about the 365-day photo challenge. I think trying to take several pictures of yourself in a row is a good idea, but for an entire year - it seems like a little much. Maybe if I try it, I should to picture-for-a-week instead....
*raises glass* Here's to you catching up to me! *clinks glass, and drinks*

Hello!
Long time no talk! Sorry, I've been busy writing, working with school, hanging with friends, and above all trying to get well. This cold is such a pain!
Anyways.
It figures that the lady whom gave me the rats lied to me. They weren't males, they were two HUGE females! Big and black and...big! Never had rats so big. My other ones are tiny compared to them.
Good news is that all four got along immediately. No fighting, no bickering, nothing. Still, so much for my dream of a laid-back, pettable rat!
As for The Grotto, I love that cage! I went to that website a lot before I got the rats, just reminding myself of what to do and such. ^^ It's good to refresh every once in a blue moon. So now, equipped with a big cage, new food, lots of room, and a MASSIVE water bottle I think they all adapted rather well.
Writing. I did some of that today. Not much because I've been sick and with a constant headache (which meant no school Thursday or Friday, AH BAD) and am in no mood. I'm tired, I'd rather sleep.
