Once again it has ben awhile since i have blogged!! So... how was your all's Thanksgiving?? Mine was great! We went to FL to visit my grandparents. On our way down we stopped in St.Simmons Island,GA to see a lighthouse. It was really cool. Then we on our way back home, we stopped in Chattanoga to go to the Tennessee Aqurium. I was neat to. I havent been since I was 2 so that was about 10 years ago!!(by request of my sister, purpleflowerKel, I put this smilly on here!!) They have 2 buildings. One is a river adventure and the other is an ocean adventure. Well, that is about all. I would love to here about your Thanksgivings! Please leave a cooment!!

I just got back from a place in Pigeon Forge called Wonder Works. I went with my BFF Nikki and her mom. We had a BLAST!!! There were soooo many thinhs to do. You could make your own rollar coaster and ride it, lay on bed of nails, and much more. IT is so cool. You have fun but you learn at the same time!!! If ya'll ever come here you should check it out! Well I have a b-day party to go to ( my little cousin) I will blog later!!

The reason I changed it. There is really two reasons.

Reason 1: I LOVE monkeys!!!

Reason 2: When I was on vacation, my friends, Alyssa and Caitlyn, and I all rode a ride and did that pose when it took our picture.

I will try and post a picture of it.

Anyway, we will start our first year of homeschool sometime after Labor Day!! I can't wait! Well I know this was short but I have NOTHING to write about!! Someone PLEASE tag me!!

Hey guys! I thought I would tell ya'll about a great contest! It is the Short Story Contest. All you have to do is come up with a story with 1500 words or less. You can send it in by e-mail or by mail. There is a seven dollar entry fee. Have fun coming up with a short story!!

Well, the news here is pretty regular. My cousins are here but they are gone. They went to Pigeon Forge yesterday and are in Knoxville now. They are going to visit Crown Collage for church tonight. Tomarrow my aunt and uncle will go to Ashville,NC to go to the Biltmore House. It is a HUGE mansion from the 1900's. It had inside plumbing before anyone else. There was an inside swimming pool and a bowling alley! It is really great if you get the chance you should really go. It is amazing! But, anyway while they are gone, my dad will take my sisters, cousins, and I to Ober Gatlinburg. We have been there a few times before.(My Dad got a card for 20 times free through his work.)  It is and amusement park on top of a mountain. It is so fun. You should go there if you get the chance! Well, that's all that is going on here! I will blog later!

I am SUPER SORRY for not blogging in soooooo long! I have been at my grandparents house in Ohio. I was there for two weeks! The first week I went to a camp with their church. The second week I spent mostly with my friends Caitlyn (13) and Alyssa (turned 16 during camp). We went to Cedar Point and Geogia Lake. It was sooooo fun!

Hey! Sorry I haven't been in so long! I have had nothing to blog about so I decided to tell you what is going on here.

Well, In about a month I will go to Ohio to see my grandparents for to weeks! I am am sort of scared but I will be fine! THe first week I will go to a camp with their church. My two cousins will be there as well as a family that has know my grandma for a while. The second week I should be able to go to Cedar Point with Kaithlyn (a girl from the family at camp)

Secondly VBS starts next week I may go I am not sure!

Finally, today my mom told me about this site for teenage homeschooled girls. It is a monthly newletter. I believe the price is $7 but I may be wrong. You can click here and go and check it out!

Finally it is here! Today is my 12th birthday! Last night told my sisters, as a joke, to tell my mom that I wanted breakfast-in-bed. So they told her and this morning I went down stairs and my mom had a Honey Bun with a candle in it. Then, later, my sisters came down and started singing: "Katie is 12 years old! Katie is 12 years old, old, old!" Over and over again!Then I opened my presents and I got a shirt that says: " I  Love T.V." and one that says "Soul Patrol". ( Because our favorite American Idol this year was Taylor and he always said that.) I also got little charms for a brtaclet that I got. I got some P.J's that have turtles dressed as strawberrys! Tonight for dinner we are going to Red Lobster!! Well, I have to go! See Ya!

YAY!!! I am soooo happy!! My birthday is in 11 days!!!! And there is ONE day left of public school!!! YAY!! I am soooo excited!  There is only one thing about no more public school! I will miss all my friends. But over this summer I will spend every possible second with them!! I LOVE them! They are the best friends I could ever wish for!!

Well, on a happier note, I have been swimming like 3 or 4 times this week!! It was cold today, butthe other days it was sooooo warm!! Well, talk to ya later! BYE!!

I have wrote, counting this one, 3 entries today! This will be very touching and emotional so be prepared! Here it is:

Please join me in remembering a great icon of the entertainment community. The Pillsbury Doughboy died yesterday of a yeast infection  and trauma complications from repeated pokes in the belly. He was 71.

Doughboy was buried in a lightly greased coffin. Dozens of celebrities turned out to pay their respects, including Mrs.Butterworth, Hungry Jack, the California Raisins, Betty Crocker, the Hostess Twinkies, and Captain Crunch. The grave site was piled high with  flours.

Aunt Jemima delivered the eulogy and lovingly described Doughboy as a man who never knew how much he was kneaded. Doughboy rose quickly in show business, but his later life was filled with turnovers. He was not considered a very smart cookie, wasting much of his dough on half-baked  schemes. Despite being a little flaky at times he still was a crusty old man and was considered a positive roll model for millions.

Doughboy is survived by his wife Play Dough, two children, John Dough  and Jane Dough, plus they had one in the oven. He is also survived by his elderly father, Pop Tart.

The funeral was held at 3:50 for about 20 minutes.

If this made you smile for even a brief second, please rise to the occasion and take time to pass it on and share that smile with someone  else who may be having a crumby day and kneads it.

OK, so I haven't been on in.... FOREVER!!! But I really am here! Here is what I did this week!

Monday

Well, at school we have a club thingy called BETA. We went to Dollywood on a field trip. We got there at 10:00 and left at 6:30!! Everything was great untill we were leaving. I was trying to get up on a rock. I thought I was on the rock and began to walk. I kicked it, fell on the rock, and hit my head on a metal wheel!! Ouch!! I had a HUGE knot on my head, a little hole in my knee and HUGE brusies on my arm!! Well, don't worry I am doing a TON better!

Tuesday

OK, you can probably tell that I love American Idol,( Go Taylor!!) so I watched!! It was great!!

Wendseday

The big night! American Idol Finale!! I got so scared but when Ryan (the host) said "Your American Idol is... Taylor Hicks!!!" I screamed!! Oh I was soooo happy!!

Thursday

Overnight field trip!! YAY! We went on a hike, looked in the creek for bugs, little fish, and anything else, put on a suprise baby shower for my teacher, listened to music, sewed, and had a campfire!! FUN!!!

Friday

The last day of the overnight field trip! :( We did archery and played horseshoes. Another day of pure FUN!!

Saturday

Well, at 6:00 I have a softball party at a Laser Port!

Did you guys know that it is Friends Week? Well,it is! I got an e-mail about it. If you want it just tell me and I will send it to you! (all of you are my friends so speak up!!)

Anyway, tonight I have a game. Not at 5:30 or 7:00 but at 8:30!! Last time I had a game at 8:30, I got home took a shower and went to bed a 11:00!! (Remember I am in public school so that is really late for me to get in bed because I have to get up at 7:00!!)

YAY!!!! I got a new Bible on Tuesday!!! I am sooo happy! In the back it has little studies. The first and the one I am on right now is 30 days with Jesus. The next one is 60 days with Paul. The third is 90 days over view of the Bible where you pick out the main points in the Bible. The most challenging is 365 days through the WHOLE Bible!! I LOVE it!! It is called Extreme Teen Bible. Published by Nelson?(I guess that is the name of a publishing place) Thanks a LOT Mama!! Mom you were right about the tamplet. Please tell me Felicity that you got it this time!! Well See Ya!
