Here is a picture of my chicks.

They have grown ALOT!!!

A couple nights ago 5 of them died.I think it was due to the cold.

Now the leaves are red,orange,and yellow there BEAUTIFULL!!

It has been below freezing we have the fire going and the house NICE and warm!

I better go!

Here are some cute pictures of my kittens.

There are 5.

They are the SWEETEST little things lol.

They were born 5 weeks ago.

The mother had 7 but,one was dead when I found them.The other one died when it was only a few weeks old.

Today I made 3 rabbit nesting boxes.

Here is a picture of one.Its not verry good I had to do it REALLY quick because I had to make 5 before the rabbits have their babies.

If they dont have nesting boxes the babies might freeze to death.

Fall is here.This is our feild now and the woods.

Its AMAZING how the weather changes from spring to summer to fall to winter.

I know when the seasons are here.

when that crisp sweet smell is in the air, when the fresh green leaves turn red and brown,and when they all start to fall on the grown all the birds and bees seem to not be near thats how I know fall is here.God has given us so many gifts the birds,the bees,the beautifull trees I can ONLY  start to say what He has given me.

I can walk,I can talk,I can read and write,I can see that he loves me by all these things.I can sing I can do ANY THING with my Fathers help.

He has given me SOOOO SOOOO much so I will learn all I can,I will make him happy by loving and helping ALL the things and people I meet in this world.

He has given to us SOOO SOOOO SOOOO much so why cant we try to give a bunch!!

Here is one of our school projects.

I found the catterpillar in our feild. I brought it in.We fed him milk weed he grew very large.

Then he spun him self a crysalis and stayed in there for 12 days.

In the picture above you can see him after he emerged!!!After butterflys emerge from there crysalis they have to hang upside down for a couple hours untill there wings dryIf they don't they may NEVER be able to fly.Did you know that butterflys can cover up to 2,000 miles before there journey ends for there winter migration?

Isn't it AMAZING how god made something SOO small and kinda ugly turn into some thing so large and BEAUTIFUL!!It is also AMAZING how every thing works with or without us.

Take time to notice all the little things that seem SO ordinary and you might just realize how Miraculous they really are.

We have started school again!

My brother started Wednesday but,I decided to start school Thursday because I volentered at our animal hospitial Wednesday.I had fun,and worked alot also.Volunteering there is part of my schooling.

Now I am working on a flower book.

I go out and collect ALOT of different flowers,and look them up.I press them in a note book and write all about that flower and what it is called.

I think that is the best way to learn about stuff.

My brother Matt is learning about cicadas

 he went out into our front yard and found 5 cicadas then he glued them to a pice of a box and read all about them and wrote a little bit about them.

He thought it was REALLY COOL!!!!

I LOVE home schooling!!!!! We ALL DO!!

I am back!!!!!!!

Mom got back from the hospitial a couple weeks ago.

She is doing good they did find Cancer.    :(  She will have to do chemo.She now has to wear a colostomy bag for the rest of her life but, that does not boter her.

We are doing school kinda all year around just when ever we not really busy.We seem to do it ALOT tho.

I have been reading ALOT of books. I think the best books I have EVER read are the Dear America books.I have not read ALL the Dear America books but, I have read ALOT of them.They are good!

I also LOVE to read old historical books or the historical fiction books,and books about Indians.Has any one read any good books that you think I should read??? 

I have like 100 or at LEAST 50 books I stil need to read if.I see a good looking book I buy it lol.I am trying to stay away from books in stores or I will buy them ALL.

I LOVE to read!!!!!!!!The weather is getting REALLY hot and sticky it is in the 90s!

I am now able to hang all the laundry on the line because the weather is hot.It drys REALLY fast.

We have to sell all the baby goats I kinda glad because they are being bad!They get out and eat our flowers.

We have got most of the garden planted. We planted the beans,watermellon,cabbage, lettus,tomatoes, and just a couple rows of corn.We got a late start on the garden.

We did plant it a couple weeks ago but the ground was too cold so nothing came up.

:(

I have to go out and take care of the animals before it gets to hot.

How do you homeschool?Do you have a monthly plan?

We don't we do the christian light program but, we do not have a monthly plan.Like you must start math at 8 am do it for 1 hour then english for 1 hour so on so on.I LOVE homeschooling and so does my brother and sister we do our school al year around.

Some days we will go to our refuge and study the plants and animals fo our Science.I think that is the BEST way to learn you can rember stuff better if you have had fun.

For math a GREAT way to teach your child how to count money is to go to the store and have them buy something or play store with them.

Most of the time we don't really finish EVERYTHING in the books because alot of it is stuff you don't really need to know.

You should not get stressed out if you are behind in a school book you can always catch up in the summer.

I also think reading books is also one of the BEST ways of learning.

Hi!

I have been very busy!All the animals are good.The weather is very nice!!!!I went out today to check on the animals  I found one of the chickens with its wing torn half off.It was alive when I found it and it was walking.

I have not checked on it yet I hope it will be ok!

We are now at the hospitial with mom they did a surgery on her and they think they found Cancer.

Here are the new kittens they were born yesterday!! Three of them got stuck to the moms tail REALLY BAD!Their umbilical cords got wrapped around the mom's tail,and dried to it.I could not get it of neither could my mom.Their stomachs had ben puled on really bad.I called our vet he said to tie of the cords and,cut them I was barely able to do it because it was wrapped up to their stomachs.After 1 hour we finally got them of the mom's tail!!!!

In this picture they were stuck to the mom's tail.It was VERY strange!!!!!

One died today I think it internally blead to death.

I wil post on them later!

Oh a rabbit had 7 babies last night!!!

I will post a picture tommorow.

It is cold again!!
