my life!!! in the country!!!

Oct. 24, 2008

Fall is here and pictures of my kittens!!

Here are some cute pictures of my kittens.

There are 5.

They are the SWEETEST little things lol.

They were born 5 weeks ago.

The mother had 7 but,one was dead when I found them. The other one died when it was only a few weeks old.

Today I made 3 rabbit nesting boxes.

Here is a picture of one.Its not verry good I had to do it REALLY quick because I had to make 5 before the rabbits have their babies.

If they dont have nesting boxes the babies might freeze to death.

Here is one of the little babies I posted a picture of a long time ago.She is ALL grown up!

Fall is here. This is our feild now and the woods.

Its AMAZING how the weather changes from spring to summer to fall to winter.

I know when the seasons are here.

                             (FALL)

when that crisp sweet smell is in the air, when the fresh green leaves turn red and brown, and when they all start to fall on the grown all the birds and bees seem to not be near thats how I know fall is here.God has given us so many gifts the birds, the bees, the beautifull trees I can ONLY  start to say what He has given me.

I can walk,I can talk,I can read and write,I can see that he loves me by all these things.I can sing I can do ANY THING with my Fathers help.

He has given me SOOOO SOOOO much so I will learn all I can,I will make him happy by loving and helping ALL the things and people I meet in this world.

He has given to us SOOO SOOOO SOOOO much so why cant we try to give a bunch!!

Count your blessings not your troubles.

                 Love,your sister through Christ

                    Rember to SMILE!!!!!!

I like your poem, especially the last part, "He has given us so much, why can't we try to give a bunch." Did you write it?

Thanks for voting on my chair color poll... I've got the results posted!

Hope you're having a great weekend,
Ashley

Sorry it has taken me so long to comment back! and if you hadn't noticed CrocToria answered the comments you left me on my blog right underneath your comments on my blog. She explained why I don't agree with those things you asked me about but I also felt compelled to tell you myself :)

I do not support hunting because I don't believe it is right to go out into their habitat and kill them for whatever the purpose. I don't eat wild deer meat or rabbit meat because of my opinion of hunting.

I don't wear leather shoes because I know they come from animals hides and I don't feel it is right to wear a dead animal around my feet or any other place. Now there is a material that is very similar to leather but it is made from natural substances and not animals skins.

I don't believe in disrespecting a lovely animal by walking on it or putting on my floor just to make my house look decorated. I wouldn't walk all over my dead dogs fur.

I know of some farms who will kill their animals humanely and sell the meat and what they do with the hides is they place them back out into fields, and bury them, or let them decay naturally back into the earth to use for planting or such. I have read into that and if I find the link I read about it I will send it to you! :)

Although I love peacocks that is not exactly classified as an "exotic pet". As Toria said, I meant exotic as in Lions, tigers, bears, etc........ The zoo's I support are ones in which they keep their animals in large "exhibits" and they are able to roam free in that exhibit and are not confined in a 11x by 6x glass home. The zoo's worth supporting are the ones who keep their animals occupied and give them as much as a normal life out in the wild. And they don't purposely go out and catch wild animals to put in cages, most of the animals in zoo's are rehabilitated and unable to go back into the wild and survive, or they are to humanized to go back out into the wild and survive.

I hope this answered your questions and once again Toria answered your comment underneath it on my blog if you wanted to see what I was talking about earlier in this comment :)
