I have noticed in the news lately that the number of children who ended up being injured or killed has increased. Locally there is the guy (I wouldn't call him a man) murdered his girlfriend's four year old child. I mean what is going on with people hurting innocent children?

I know it must grieve the Lord when people hurt His little children.
