Our Fort

Yesterday, my brother (historygeek) and I thought about a fort to built in our back and front yards. Actually, the fort that is in the front yard is our "base". The one in the backyard is our fort and my dad said that we could pretend that the fort could be other forts and we could pretend we are traveling.

We used some old chairs and my table that is torn up. We found a horse shoe and stakes. My brother found a chain in our barn. And he put it on a couple of stakes, so it would be like a gate.

Today we are going to work on it some more.

Hi my little girly girl. Your story reminds me when my brothers and I would build tarzan's grass house next to our house. We would watch tarzan (ask mom about the old tarzan) every Saturday and then would would take old grass stalks and try to build the house. Of course my brothers and his friends would tear it down.
