Our Christmas Tree '08

For many years we've made it a family tradition of going to Miller's Tree Farm to pick and cut our own CHRISTmas tree. The boys have always enjoyed going in the past but this year, it seemed to be more of a chore for them. I guess the older they get the more traditions like that become obsolete. (no matter what, we're gonna keep doing it!) Anyhow, this is our tree for 2008!!

Very pretty--

Ours is a bit "charlie brown"--- every year we get a TALL FAT TREE-- this year we *I* urged for a tall SKINNY one-- (upon leaving I told Jason--maybe if we get a skinny treee this year we'll all get skinner--because in past years we get a fat tree and all end up fatter-- not sure there is any connection--but it made us chuckle).

We really considered NO TREE this year-- (as I do every year-- yes I'm one of those) but the boys were truly sad at my moms the other weekend looking at her tree with *AWE* so one more year with the TREE-- --
