Physicals and Sunshine
We've gotten a little behind on getting physicals for the children. I wanted to get them all in before the baby gets here (I'm 28 weeks along now!) as life is just going to get crazier... in a good way. A *really* good way. I'm getting very eager for her arrival.
Anyway. So I've had all 5 children scheduled for physicals this month. When I called and was scheduling Gabe's appointment, they asked when he was in last & I thought sometime early last year. Well, they checked and he hasn't been to the doctor since 2006! Oops! He did see his eye doctor though. So it was definitely time to get them in. The girls went in last week and today I took Josiah & Alek. Gabe goes in towards the end of this month.
Here are the stats so far on their percentiles:
Height Weight
Alek 75-90th 50th
Gracie 50th 25th (this has been her norm since she was born practically!)
Emilia 50th 50th
Josiah 25th 50th (his height percentile surprised me but Dr. said last time he was in the 10th percentile for height!)
So far, everything's checking out okay with everyone. Healthy children.
It was actually WARM in the van on the way home from the doctor's office. We actually had the VENT turned on to cool! Both boys said they wanted to play outside as soon as their feet hit the ground and the rest of the siblings joined them.... and their mom followed them around with her camera. ;) It was a beautiful day. You can definitely see signs of spring around town- grass is getting greener and thicker, the trees are starting to blossom... ah, a change in the weather will be nice.
