I took so many pictures at Gabe's birthday party that some got overlooked. When I went to upload my pics to Shutterfly, I noticed some keepers I'd missed. Here are a few of the moody side of my littlest cowboy. I couldn't decide if I liked color or B&W better in a couple of them, so decided to post 'em both. You'll have to tell me which ones you like best.
A sleepy, dreamy little cowboy.
An "it's MY turn to ride the horse" pouty little cowboy:
And its vintage version:
And lastly, the "even cowboys need to suck their thumbs sometimes" little cowboy. Just try and argue with him about it:
Hi Alyssa! You take such beautiful pictures. Your little cowboy is adorable! You are inspiring me to take more pics of my kids, though, I'm not quite as talented as you are in that realm.
How are your sore hips? I had trouble with that during my last couple of pregnancies. At the end of my 4th preg. I slept in the recliner for the last 2 months. I couldn't wait to have that baby and get back to my bed......Oh, the joys after the baby is born:) Hope you have a great day! -Becky
oh yes, I love the vintage look too! You're so talented Alyssa...and yeah for Josiah having clean underwear all day! The things our kids do that we get excited about. :) Isn't mothering great!
I *love* all of your pictures, but my favorites remain the B&W. The vintage are special, too, but it's B&W for me. I have a couple of B&W prints of the Eiffel Tower I bought in the living room that are my favorites.
Okay, getting the 'look' from hubby... time to go make dinner. Chat later!
love,
Shani
I LOVE the others as well, but man. The b & w of Josiah(who is meltingly cute in these pictures, btw!)close up in sucking his thumb is velvety looking. Gorgeous pics, my dear. As usual!

How do you do that? The fourth one - where it's not the color crisp one or the b&w - Do you have a post that tells you how to do that? I love that!!!!
