Inventors? Engineers? I Need Your Help.

Posted in Friday Funnies
I need to find someone who can make something like this in a much larger size. Like if it could hold, just say for instance, totally random numbers here, a child as large as a tallish 11 year old and as small as a 3 year old? And with a 5 point harness system. No, wait. Those over-the-shoulder restraints like they have at amusement parks on their flippy coaster rides. And some sort of tethering system. You know how a child has to go to the bathroom, and a half hour later when you realize they haven't returned and you go to find them, they are outside playing with the dogs or swinging on the swings because "the sun distracted them"? A tethering system to reel them back in would be nice. And an eject button would be kinda cool. Hmm.... Anyone? The possibilities....

Hi, It is almost like we are living the same life. Check out my post today of our visit to the playground. My 3 year old, Lily, decided to check out the parking lot, TWICE. I have been having day dreams of those "cute" teddy bear harnesses for little ones, only I was thinking of a big kid size! :)
Gotta love them for their free spirited thinking.

LOL, Alyssa! Gabe has been asking me the past couple of days what he can invent next. He wanted to mix some common household ingredients together to make an all purpose cleaner and sell it door to door. I think I'll have him work on a "kid container" for you instead! :) Did you have a tough day today or what? :)

Hey...we have those tables in our church nursery! They're awesome tables for little ones in the 12-18mo range! Maybe you can still put off putting Josiah & new baby girlie in one! :)

Well, if you find someone to make one for you, please ask them to make two!! I've had "Install 5-point harnesses on all dining room chairs" on hubby's To Do list for a year now, but he still hasn't checked that one off! lol

Thanks for the laugh!

Hey there! Thanks for stopping by! I did get me RAW thing figured out after shooting a bunch of photos in JPEG one day I realized the card is corrupt about 2/3 of the way through. I'd never run into that problem before because I never used up as much of the card as I did that time in RAW. So, mystery solved. I just bought a 4G EXTREME IV sandisk card! I love trying to fill that thing up. You should try RAW again sometime. Processing is different and quite fun because you can do so much without loosing quality.
Hope you are feeling good. How much longer???
And yippee about the diaper/underwear thing!!!

I always thought that an off-button for the vocal chords would be a nice feature- esp if it came with a remote... I've also often wished it were legal and ethical to use an electric zapper dog collar on children, again with a remote. Think how easy it would be to parent from the couch. "I said, NO! *zzzt zzzt* "... "Don't you use that tone with me! *zzzt* " ... "Oh, it's 5:00 and your room isn't clean yet. *zzzt zzzt zzzt* !" (Sorry, I know, I'm horrible.)
