Keywords That Have Attracted People To My Blog
I have been wanting to do this for the longest time. I use a traffic watcher for both my website and blog. The main reason I do this is to keep away unwanted visitors. I do this by monitoring the google keywords people use to get here. I do understand they'll slip through my radar- that this isn't fool-proof, but I have blocked several IP addresses from ever visiting again, based on the keywords they used.
Now I am not going to share "those" keywords with you because just listing them will probably attract more sickos, but I do want to share some that have made me laugh... or scratch my head.
Here are some exact words that have landed people on my blog:
- "stuff to do when snowed in" (um, like I said, I don't want to add any keywords that would attract certain people to my blog, so I will refrain from offering suggestions)
- "how christian mother makes $5,000,000.00 from home" (I'm sorry. I would suggest you contact Google's technical support for landing you here.)
- "josiah waffle" (I think I shall refer you to cannibalism.org)
- "what is the name of the word for the condition where you cant think of a word" (Ummmmm... I don't know, I can't think of it....)
- "i flunked diabetes" (I'm so sorry...)
- "tricks to passing the 3 hour glucose tolerance test" (um, you don't really want to try & cheat your way through that test... it's kind of important...)
- "she was puking" (and you had to google it because....)
- "how can i pass my gtt" (by studying hard?)
- "sorry about that, things have been super crazy busy!!" (are you talking to google?)
- "crazy busy homeschool blogger camera" (me? Canon 40D, if that's what you wanted to know)
That's all for now! I also get a lot of miscarriage keywords. :(
I apologize for my lack of blogging lately. I will admit to being a bit hooked on Facebook. I plan to start posting more frequently here again though, for several reasons. Hope your school year is going great! |
