Hi; thanks for stopping by my blog. The discussion was on an ebay yahoogroup, see link below. However the full discussion via private emails is lost in my old dead pc. I'm unable to get to my saved programs and files grr. anyway if you are an seller kindly stop by http://finance.groups.yahoo.com/group/eBay_Establishings/ to join.
Here is a snippet from one post in the group's archives below, my original point on selling I was trying to communicate at creativehomeschool's page was to get permission from the author or publisher to sell. Going through archives, there are many opinions, some comments directly from conversations to ebay saying TEs are not allowed at this point, but, again if you have permission (allegedly) you are fine.

Hmmm. oK that is different then. I wonder if they specifically prohibit
resale in the licensing? Then it would make it more like used software.
Alibris doesn't prohibit it. Neither does Valore. or Biblio. And as far as I
can see, they aren't even prohibited on half.com. But it would def. depend
on the publishing agreement. Sounds almost more like they "license" those
books than sell them. That's almost a court case waiting to happen.

No, many educational publishers don't allow their teacher's editions
to be resold by 3rd party vendors; they deal directly with end users.
Furthermore, Amazon directly bans the sale of teacher's editions:
"Manuals or teacher's editions that provide answer keys to student
textbook editions are prohibited."
