I don't know about you but I'm ready to get started again with our normal routine! Of course, normal to us may seem really weird to others! Yesterday I took down all the Christmas decorations, or so I thought, this morning I noticed all the ones I missed! Then I noticed all the empty shelves which I need to fill again. Did I tell you I'm a knick-knack collector!? So, this weekend I will spend re-decorating my home and feeling blessed I have things to decorate with!

 Why not do it today, you ask. Well, the day is beautiful and the park is calling our name! We are headed out to spend time with friends. The empty shelves will still be here when we get home. I guess that normal routine will just have to wait a few more days!

I am ready for a new year, too. I need routine. Getting back to the books will be a good thing for us around here. In fact, I caught my oldest boy reading his heart out this morning... during school time - he protests against reading - now, he desires it instead of playing (sometimes). Hurray!!!
