Our Sore Shoulder Scale

Posted in M-isms
when M wants a shoulder/neck rub like Daddy's at lunch before heading back to work, he asks me, "How many customers do I have?"

Really tight neck = two cranky customers and the boss was annoyed at you
so- so tight neck that takes a while to loosen up = one customer
not too bad neck = half a customer, it's so embarassing to have asked for a back rub if you had no problem, I call it half to save face.

I wonder if M knows what customers actually are?  I

Tightest shoulders in the family lately?  K at 1:40AM Friday, after crying for half an hour when Mommy just did not understand that no, she did not want music, or nursing, or cheerios, or raisins or lotion on her ectzema spot...but the infant massage was nice, especially when the gas passed...Momma needs telepathy.
