Feb. 12, 2007 - The why of it.
My daughters have spent a good part of the morning building a brother proof home behind our over sized chair. About an hour or so later my son took interest in what they were doing and decided to head over and check out their handywork. To the girls dismay, he found his way in. I reassured them that he was getting ready to go take his nap, and that they could consider him a visitor for just a moment. My oldest was was quick to respond:
"Oh no mom, a HOMEWRECKER is what he is!"
....I had held such higher hopes for my boy.
Moments like that remind me of why we do what we do.
