Jan. 23, 2008 - Such a Girly Post
Judging by my post-count the past couple of months, one would be right to assume that I'de lost that blogging feeling (oh-wo-wo-wo). Much has been happening around here but it has just been doing it in that not-much-is-happening sort of way, that up until tonight I've not been inspired to niether show nor tell.
Sadly, my
muse for this entry was, once again, my vaccum. Almost a month ago I brought you this (PICK ME!) little critter. Remember? Cute no? Well I'm happy to announce that in a gestational period of just four short weeks, we now have offspring! Shown here are Thing One and Thing Two. There was also a Thing Three, but she had no eyes and declined to participate. Who has to clean out the brush on their vacuum THIS often!?! Unheared of if you ask me.
I told you this was just a post-pregnancy kinda thing but I found out that it's not just that. It is odd, but I am a bit relieved to report that my thyroid is a bit whacky. This one little statement put an entire host of other seemingly unrelated things into context for me. Sort of like when you think you might be going crazy, and then you realize that your period (sorry boys) has come. That kind of relief. A little hair loss, some sleep issues, a couple extra pounds- Ya would have thunk I'da gone and had a baby recently, but NOOOO. Those doctor types are such show-offs!

With all that hair falling it would be easy to assume the reason why I have not posted any picture of my current self in some time. This is just to assure you that there is change to spare. I am actually thinking of lightening up the load real soon though. I am almost one-hundred percent convinced that it is time, and that I could go through with it. Almost... Kind of. Then again, if I cut it I would have to think of something else to write about. Hmmm. That might not be such a bad idea afterall.
Author's note: Because I am just as certain about you wondering why I posted two (not one, but two) photos of myself (when one would have more than sufficed) as I am about me about me being ready to try something new, I thought I should explain that my husband petitioned that I please post a normal photo for once. So there. Other than looking as if I am ready to take flight, I think this will do.
Tune in later and I may just have to post something about homeschooling. Maybe.Comments

It's always nice to have an answer. Especially if it involves not being nuts! =P
They look like offspring of Cousin It.

What? You're supposed to clean the hair out of the vacuum? No. Way.
And why is it that my hairballs are not as cute as your hairballs? It must be genetic.
BTW, you have beautiful hair-- I am SO jealous! Mine is more of a flat, thin and 4 inches of split ends! ICK.

Your hair is so gorgeous! I'd keep it a bit longer...when you get old like me then you'll really feel like you should cut it off...so for now enjoy it. It's beautiful! (sorry, that was unsolicited advice) Do what you want! :-)
I have 2 friends that have recently been diagnosed with Thyroid issues. Weird!
