13 July 2005 - Creating school space
Well, I finally decided what I want done with our extra room upstairs! It has only taken me 2 years and 7 months to decide, LOL! After we get the train table and computer out, I have to shampoo the carpet. Once that is done, I am going to have dh put up a bunch of cabinets and shelves, and maybe see what kind of neat built-in he can create out of the closet space. Whew, that was easy!
I just love seeing pictures of other homeschoolers' school rooms! Hopefully in the near future I will figure out how to add photos to the blog!

I know making more room is always an accomplishment in any home! We are so out of room here and I don't know what to do. We really need another couple of bookcases. I don't want to part with any books but looks like I'm gonna have to. We don't have a specific school room. The house is our room. My children are usually in different areas of the home during the school day. Anything family we do together is in the living room.
I'd love to see a picture soon!
