Bad Mom Day

Posted in Theology

I have had a bad mom day, I am putting myself in timeout while the girls nap.

I have been really annoyed by everything today.  I wish I could just snap out of it.  I know that this is a trial and I need to rely on God, but like always, I just want to be to the end of it.  I don't want to be in pain anymore.  The worst part is, I know that the whinning won't stop after the baby is born, because she will have to be on lights for 2 weeks because of jaundice (the last two where anyway), which I hate just as much.  My attitude needs a major makeover, so I am going to go have some time by myself and see what God can do with this whinner.

I'm sorry : ) Maybe this is a sign that labor is close. Cut yourself some slack. You are a good Mom and you and your girls will get thru this. Maybe I will bring Sarah on Saturday and she and Steph can hang out.

A Bible Verse

Now we have this treasure in clay jars, so that this extraordinary power may be from God and not from us. We are pressured in every way but not crushed; we are perplexed but not in despair; we are persecuted but not abandoned; we are struck down but not destroyed. We always carry the death of Jesus in our body, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body. II Corinthians 4:7-10
