4.26.2008 - The Sun Will Come Out, Tomorrow...

Posted in Heard In My House

We interrupt the regularly scheduled blog post for what can only be described as a very bad joke...

Somebody has got to be kidding...
I mean, seriously...
What IS the deal?
This is getting ridiculous. It IS the 26th of April, after all. At least, that's what my calendar says... My hilarious 8 year old son heard the forecast on the radio yesterday and, without missing a beat, let out an exasperated "does Al Gore know about this?!"

Guess what I got done earlier this week? I got the last of the kids' winter coats washed and packed away... sigh...
Enjoying them, (but not so much this Minnesota weather...)
because of Him,
ali

I hope that is not what is coming our way on Tuesday! I did coat-washing this week too, but fortunately didn't put them totally away yet.

Blessings,
Karen

Oh now that is too funny. I have been wondering the same thing, You know they have been screaming lounder about the global warming as if we will say ya you are right this snow, rain and all are really hot. I will have to say though we are not getting the snow here and things are starting to turn brown (yes this is a desert so what does one expect:) ) We did have a month of green and beautiful wild flowers splashed all over the desert floor.

Didn't know Minnesota and Colorado had insane wacky weather in common. We often have 80 degree temps one day and snow and 30 degree temps another. Good ole Al must not know about us in colorful Colorado either!
