Oct. 29, 2005 - Hi!
Hello out there! Thanks to my husband I have my own Blog. Now all I need is time to go a'bloggin! I'm rarely on the computer and when I am it's usually to read over J's shoulder while he's typing. I've read some really good stuff too.
What I am always puzzled about is how so many of you have so much time to spend on the computer. I mean do you wake up and turn on the pc like you'd put on your slippers or glasses or what? 
Inquiring minds want to know!!

I am so glad you decided to join us! I enjoy reading your husband's blog when I get the chance! It's nice to read a homeschool dad's views and opinions.
As for when I find time for blogging, well, I am sporadic at best! I either blog early in the morning before the children are up or late at night when they are in bed.

And, um, yes, in response to your question. The computer in my house goes on right after my slippers and glasses....then it stays on and online until I go to bed. Several times a day if I have 5 minutes I may browse a couple of blogs. If I have an entry percolating in my head, it just takes a few minutes to sit down and type it out. In any case...hope you find time to blog...looking forward to hearing from you!

I just started to blog this past week and I am loving it (my teen daughter, Bethany started one too). Usually if I am at the computer it is something for our homeschool, or to do a quick check of my e-mail or a message board that I am on. Last night when dh and the boys were watching football I was able to spend a longer time reading blogs.

Ok, I will admit that I am a HSBlogger junkie, of sorts. The first thing I do in the morning is get online and check email and read through the Last 100 Posts. This is the best place to check out to keep up with all of the new posts added during the day. Have fun with your blog!

I usually blog early in the morning, after I grind and brew coffee and before the kids are up, or I blog after the kids are in bed. If things are running smoothly during the day (rarely)... and some of the kids are napping and the other ones are 'resting' or reading I'll pop on too. (IF I don't take a 'power nap')

Um, yes... right after slippers (though my recent goal is to do some walking first) and then whenever else I can. Our 'puter here is on cable, so it's "online" all the time, and our office nook is centrally located right in the dining room, so it's so easy to just grab a moment here and there...or two moments, or three...*ahem* Yep, too easy! Watch out, you may get the blogging bug too... it can be addictive for us obsessive writerly/readerly types...LOL!
Your avatar reminds me of what mine would like look like if I made one up like that, dimples, blonde hair, blue eyes and all!
