Deb on the run

Hubby and I just got back from spending 5 days in Cancun. My sis and her hubby were celebrating their 25th and kindly invited us along for part of the trip. I made it through the pre-trip stressout, worrying over the children, and the kids did just fine without me (is that a good thing?). The weather was perfect and the water gorgeous. Here are some pix.

These beach beds were very comfortable.

What a wonderful way to spend some time. The photos are gorgeous. It looks like you were all having a great time.

[the kids did just fine without me (is that a good thing?)] It sounds like you are tracking in this area too. It is hard to see our kids not really need us anymore, but... the alternative? Well, let's not even go there!

Cancun! We loved it. White sandy beaches, turquoise blue water, bright sunshine, mariachi, good food, swimming. So glad you had a great time, and welcome home.

Thanks for the kind and helpful words on my blog! I went to Liturgy this morning and it helped a lot. I am feeling better already. It seems like taking the Eucharist does that for me- now I just need to deal with that confession issue. Thanks again!
